Who you are

Metropolis is seeking a Senior Product Manager to serve as an experienced manager and trusted advisor leading initiatives foundational to delivering seamless, intelligent, and scalable experiences across our growing network of locations. In this role, you will break down complex operational mandates into clear execution strategies, establish operational objectives, and resolve high-stakes business problems with strong professional judgment. As a systems thinker who operates seamlessly across product strategy and technical execution, you will optimize cross-functional working styles, foster inclusive collaboration across teams, and act as a known doer who removes blockers to drive sustainable long-term value for Metropolis.

What you'll do

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Network Expansion team, taking ownership of location growth-focused product strategy and measurable outcomes
  • Serve as primary product liaison for the growth team, ingesting pipeline feedback and systematically breaking down complex requirements to prioritize critical growth-blockers
  • Translate business goals and complex operational concepts into clear technical specifications, actionable work plans, and prioritized roadmaps
  • Lead product discovery and delivery using data, experimentation, and user feedback, developing multiple problem-solving strategies and contingency plans for complex issues
  • Oversee day-to-day product execution, roadmap grooming, and engineering cadences, ensuring smooth continuous delivery while optimizing resource leverage
  • Manage end-to-end launches from QA and testing to rollout and adoption, anticipating obstacles and proactively mitigating risks
  • Monitor key performance metrics, initiate corrective actions, and resolve operational trends to drive platform reliability, scalability, and long-term process improvements
  • Facilitate buy-in across cross-functional teams, communicating complex technical ideas skillfully to establish organizational alignment and expedite execution

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years in Product Management, specifically within a high-growth SaaS, marketplace, or consumer product environment
  • Strong understanding of how product decisions impact B2B sales pipelines, market expansion, and broader business growth
  • Proven ability to manage products in a hyper-growth environment, balancing speed and iteration with the stability of high-volume, transaction-based systems
  • Capacity to ingest high volumes of requests, gracefully push back, and confidently say "no" to preserve bandwidth for critical growth drivers
  • Motivation driven by scale, complexity, and solving problems that directly impact company valuation and operational efficiency
  • Proven systems thinker skilled at presenting problem analysis and recommended solutions for high-ambiguity environments
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to transform static workflows into responsive, high-output processes
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor, navigating complex business trade-offs and managing specialty mandates with minimal direction

While not required, these are a plus:

  • Comfortable working with data schemas, ETL processes, and third-party integrations
  • Full-stack product experience designing solutions that seamlessly blend software, hardware, and physical operational processes
